Q: What are the care instructions?
A: For best results, launder shirts with professional and ask for hand press. DO NOT ask for dry cleaning. Machine wash on cold. Shirts are pre-shrunk, but you may still experience shrinkage depending on dryer heat. Air dry after the first wash to avoid any shrinkage. Always use very low heat in dryer. Iron as needed.
Q: What is the "fit" of your shirts?
A: Currently, our Small and Medium shirts come in a slim/modern fit. The shirts are tailored with a slimmer waist, but not "super" tight. Our Large to XX-Large shirts also come in a traditional/classic fit that is wider in the waist. If you need a slimmer or wider fit, we reccommend to size "up" or size "down," i.e. if you wear a Medium and want a wider fit, try a Large - Slim.
Q: Are your shirts wrinkle-free?
A: Our patterned shirts are "wrinkle-resistant." Not completely "wrinkle-free" but consistent with most 100% cotton shirts.
Q: How are your shirts 100% cotton if you also use performance fabric technology?
A: The body of our shirt is 100% cotton. The underarm inserts are 100% moisture-wicking performance fabric. We have redesigned our shirts to remove the cotton in the underarm and insert fabric technology to maintain the cotton feel on your body but add performance benefits.
Q: How long does it take to ship your shirts?
A: We ship in 1-2 business days. The shipping times vary by location, but are normally 2-3 business days in the U.S. and 7-14 business days internationally. However, if a shirt is on a "waitlist" or "pre-order" the shipping time will be noted in the product description.
Q: What if my shirt does not fit?
A: If your shirt does not fit, don't sweat it! You have 45 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange. If you need more time, just contact us within 30 days. All shirts must be returned in their original condition without any damage or stains. We will cover the return costs only for those products shipped within the US. Only one exchange per purchase order will be allowed.
